Restoring Relationship

Family,
Christ and I had the honor and privilege of listening too and meeting Dominic Herbst, author of the series Restoring Relationships this past week. A manual and journal, here is some info.
Life is made up of relationships between family, friends, co-workers, God, etc. Without relationships life would be very boring. In the same respect God created “relationship” for communion with man. If God’s relationship with man is the definition of how relationships are supposed to work (Matthew 22:37), then what about our other relationships, i.e. family and friends (Matthew 22:37-40).
We all have struggling relationships in our lives from friends, co-workers and even family members. In the restoring relationship journal, it will take you on a journey of discovering the root of past infected wounds. It’s like a biblical intervention. Now not all wounds can get infected, however those infected wounds tend to stay with us for a very long time and produce a fruit of bitterness. Is it possible that something in our past is still haunting us? Could a friend or family member have wounded us so dramatically that we have not realized it? Are there relational wounds of detachment, rejection, abandonment, abuse in our past? Do not be fouled, has fallen people; all EVERYONE feels like that at some point in there life. Understand that perception becomes reality in many cases and many wounds are the result of a miscommunication (Luke 17:1). Someone perceives something or takes something the wrong way and then the crazy spin cycle of emotions begins to take over our life.
Through the Restoring Relationships Journal; one can go through wounding process, understand the reconciliation process, and restore there relationship with Christ and the wounded. The unique thing about Restoring Relationships Journal is again, it forces you to go through the process of finding these wounds and infected wounds. It is an interactive process which Christi and I our going to start.
I would encourage you all to surf the web site, ask questions and ask God about your relationships in the present that have been shaped from the past. I truly believe we all know where we want to go, but sometimes do not know how to get there. This may help Christi and I get to where we want to go. www.bfsf.org

Coleman
Today I saw Coleman and I didn't want to see him at all!!!Because he was in my class last year and he is in the next level of MAC. -Schuyler
Poor Bailey
I hope that Bailey feels better! Did he eat a whole loaf of bread off the kitchen counter again? Because that would make any poor puppy sick!

Thoughts on motherhood
I just wanted to let you all know today that I am very blessed having all my children healthy and moving forward in Gods purposes for thier lives. I would also like to share with you all about a project I am involved in with kingdoms feet. I have written currriculum for the ministry team on the different hearts in the bible and now I'm going to write some for the orphanage in Ghana Africa that kingdoms feet is partnering with. I am very excited about this project and will send you the website to check out the orphanage when it gets revised. I am praying that someday I can go for a visit and see the children myself. I love you all and I'm proud to be your mom.

Florida in the house
I wanted to insert a few photos, however it will not allow me to proceed. So a simple shout out from sunny Florida will have to do.
